Role Overview Join Idelux Engineering Pte Ltd as a full-time Engineer or Assistant Engineer based in Singapore. Lead and co-lead teams to maintain high-quality service standards while ensuring timely project delivery and client coordination. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of technicians and general workers to uphold quality service standards Plan and schedule jobs to ensure on-time completion Coordinate with clients regarding job execution and project updates Conduct technical assessments, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety standards Maintain accurate documentation and records for all projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project execution Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support company goals Qualifications & Skills Diploma in Engineering or related field (minimum requirement) Experience in engineering practices preferred Proficient in project planning and scheduling Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical troubleshooting Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in engineering projects Effective communication and teamwork abilities for stakeholder engagement Proficient in MS Office and relevant engineering software tools Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently Compensation: SGD 4,000 per month Location: Singapore (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time
