Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages: Craft a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following established recipes and presentation standards. Deliver exceptional customer service: Ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and safety: Keep the workspace clean and organized while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Team collaboration: Work efficiently with team members to serve customers during peak hours and support daily café operations. Inventory management: Keep supplies stocked and assist with ordering as needed. Customer engagement: Share your knowledge of coffee and beverage options, promote new products, and upsell effectively. Continuous improvement: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and service quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Proven customer service experience, preferably in food and beverage. Experience in beverage preparation is a plus. Knowledge of health and safety compliance regulations. Strong teamwork skills and a positive, friendly attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
