Full Time Barista

Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following recipes and presentation standards. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued during their visit. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff. Collaborate with team members to efficiently serve customers during peak hours and manage the café’s daily operations. Keep inventory stocked and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Engage with customers to share your knowledge of coffee and beverage options, promoting new products and upselling. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually refine your skills and improve service quality. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven customer service skills, preferably in a food and beverage environment. Experience in beverage preparation is a plus. Knowledge of health and safety compliance regulations. Strong teamwork abilities and a positive, friendly attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
