Engineering Design Lead

JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global seeking an experienced Engineering & Design (E&D) Lead to support a portfolio of strategic capital projects and manufacturing modernization initiatives at its Añasco, Puerto Rico manufacturing campus. This high-visibility role will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple concurrent engineering projects, including facility retrofits, manufacturing line upgrades, automation implementations, and infrastructure improvements. The selected individual will partner closely with site leadership, engineering, manufacturing, facilities, automation, and external design firms to advance projects from feasibility and concept development through detailed design and execution. This position requires a strong technical leader who can successfully navigate construction and engineering activities within an active manufacturing environment while minimizing operational disruption and maintaining alignment with production requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE10 years' experience within engineering and manufacturing environment Experience working closely with A&E firms, BOD Packages, Design Reviews, CDs, CAs Capital project management experience including manufacturing, automation, infrastructure, facility expansion, retrofit Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies from feasibility through execution
