We are currently seeking dedicated, energetic, and passionate Teachers/English Coaches to join our team in Panama City in an on-site capacity.Native English speakers currently living in Panama are encouraged to apply. We also welcome highly proficient non-native English speakers with strong communication and coaching skills.
What You'll DoGuide and motivate adult learners throughout their English learning journey using our unique blended learning method.Deliver dynamic and engaging small-group conversation classes in English.Provide personalized academic coaching and feedback to help students achieve their goals.Monitor and assess student progress using our digital learning platform and coaching tools.Collaborate with the Center team to create a positive, supportive, and motivating learning environment.Participate in social, cultural, and conversational activities that promote English immersion.
What We're Looking ForAdvanced English proficiency (C1 level or Native Speaker).Teaching experience, training, coaching, or facilitation experience is preferred, but not mandatory.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for education and helping others succeed.Availability to work on-site in Panama City.Flexibility for full-time or part-time schedules, including evenings and Saturdays.A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to grow professionally.
