About the role

Wall Street English Panamá is seeking dedicated, energetic, and passionate teachers and English coaches to join its team. The role supports adult learners through a blended learning method that combines technology, personalized coaching, and real-life conversation.

Wall Street English has more than 435 centers in 35 countries and has helped more than 3 million students achieve personal and professional goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide and motivate adult learners throughout their English learning journey.
• Deliver dynamic, engaging small-group conversation classes in English.
• Provide personalized academic coaching and feedback to help students achieve their goals.
• Monitor and assess student progress using the digital learning platform and coaching tools.
• Collaborate with the center team to create a positive, supportive, and motivating learning environment.
• Participate in social, cultural, and conversational activities that promote English immersion.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or native-speaker proficiency.
• Teaching, training, coaching, or facilitation experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and helping others succeed.
• Availability to work in Panama City.
• Flexibility for full-time or part-time schedules, including evenings and Saturdays.
• A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and willingness to grow professionally.
