About the role
ManpowerGroup Caribe y Centroamérica is recruiting for a client seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to support the U.S. market. This opportunity offers professional growth and advancement within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls using an automated dialing system.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Engage with prospects by phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and gather information from business owners and decision-makers.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and build rapport with potential clients.
- Guide prospects through the sales process and support customer activation.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity records.
Requirements
- Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls and working in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail, customer service orientation, persistence, resilience, openness to feedback, and a coachable mindset.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, along with upselling and sales skills and a dynamic, upbeat attitude.
- Excellent communication skills across calls, chat, and email.
