About the role
Vintti is hiring an EPM Implementation Consultant for a full-time position in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The client is a fast-growing technology company that helps finance teams improve business planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making through automation and collaboration tools.
This collaborative, client-facing role supports client implementations, financial modeling, and work with clients and internal product teams.
Responsibilities
- Integrate new clients’ financial data and systems into the platform.
- Build and optimize financial models to improve clients’ planning and reporting processes.
- Lead client onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and contribute to new feature development.
- Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to different stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience in software implementation or consulting roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial models.
- Ability to work directly with clients and manage stakeholder communication.
- Comfort with large datasets and attention to detail.
- Self-starter mindset, ability to work independently, strong ownership mentality, and eagerness to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Nice to have: experience with EPM or financial planning software, or a finance/FP&A background; client-facing or implementation experience; familiarity with financial planning tools or BI platforms; and cross-functional collaboration with Product or Engineering teams.
