ICR Capital, one of the most highly regarded Capital Markets Advisory firms, is seeking a highly motivated professional to fill an Equity Capital Markets Vice President position. This client-facing role will support a senior level team in providing advisory services for companies pursuing the full range of public capital raising alternatives.

Responsibilities include:Leading execution role with private equity and venture capital portfolio companies in equity issuance - IPOs, blocks and follow-on offeringsActive dialogue with bankers, capital markets professionals and research analystsLeadership and mentorship of junior members of teamPreparation of new business presentationsDetailed analysis of equity transaction dataOversight of daily and weekly material creation for internal and external distributionJob Requirements:5 to 7+ years of work experience, especially in Capital MarketsBachelor’s DegreeFamiliarity with the equity markets and equity transaction processesGeneral corporate finance knowledgeComfortable in a fast-paced work environmentStrong oral and written communication skillsAttention to detailProficiency in PowerPoint, excel, and data analytics
