Analyze project specifications and blueprints to develop detailed cost profiles. Collaborate closely with project managers and architects for information gathering. Assist in subcontractor selection and qualification during bidding. Monitor project expenses and report budget variances. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports for stakeholders and management. Suggest process improvements based on data analysis to enhance estimation accuracy. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 2-5 years of proven experience in construction cost estimation. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with costing software and estimating tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Project management or estimation certifications are a plus. Work in a collaborative environment alongside project management, design, and construction teams. Report directly to the Senior Estimation Manager for guidance and professional growth.
