Role Description The Event Organizer is a full-time, hybrid role based in San Juan del Sur, with a combination of on-site event coordination and some work-from-home tasks. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing retreat events from concept through completion, including scheduling activities, coordinating vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth event operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with guests and partners, handling inquiries, overseeing registrations, preparing event materials, and maintaining timelines and budgets. The Event Organizer will also support sales efforts by presenting retreat offerings, nurturing leads, and contributing to promotional activities. Collaboration with internal teams to improve guest experience, optimize processes, and ensure consistent quality across all events is a key part of the role.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills to coordinate multiple retreats.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with guests, partners, and team members in a professional and empathetic manner.Candidates should possess Sales skills to support retreat promotion, manage inquiries, and help convert leads into bookings.Experience in hospitality, travel, wellness, or event coordination is beneficial
