Exhibit Officer

Main responsibility: recruit exhibitors and sponsors for the event
Handle exhibitor inquiries, both research and registration requirements
Prepare exhibitor contracts, consignation letters and billing documents
Supervise exhibitors during the event days
Track exhibitors payment and documentation
Gather and update exhibitor information for event materials

QUALIFICATIONS:
Female, 22-27years old
Must be college graduate - FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME
Must have excellent communication and client service skills
Strong negotiation and multitasking skills
Flexible schedule, willing to work during weekends or extended hours during events
Preferably residing in: QUEZON CITY, MARIKINA, KATIPUNAN
