Exhibit Officer

Main responsibilities:
- Recruit exhibitors and sponsors for the event
- Handle exhibitor inquiries, both in person and registration requirements
- Prepare exhibitor contracts, confirmation letters and billing documents
- Supervise exhibitors during the event days
- Track exhibitors payment and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Female, 22-27years old
- Must be college graduate - FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME
- Must have excellent communication and client service skills
- Strong negotiation and multitasking skills
- Flexible schedule, willing to work during weekends or extended hours during events
- Preferably residing in: QUEZON CITY, MARIKINA, KATIPUNAN
