Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable and secure cloud architecture solutions aligned with business goals to ensure high availability and resilience. Manage application migrations to Alibaba Cloud, coordinating cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and disruption. Troubleshoot complex technical issues as a subject matter expert, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain system stability. Lead incident management processes, including root cause analysis and documentation to prevent recurrence. Implement robust cloud security measures to safeguard infrastructure and data integrity in compliance with industry standards. Optimize cloud system performance through monitoring, tuning, and automation to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Automate routine tasks using scripting and cloud automation tools, promoting best practices in cloud networking and infrastructure management. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering roles, specifically with Alibaba Cloud architecture and migration. Strong expertise in troubleshooting, incident management, and cloud security protocols. Proven skills in performance optimization and cloud networking. Familiarity with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Alibaba Cloud Resource Orchestration Service (ROS). Preferred: Alibaba Cloud Certified Professional or equivalent industry certifications. Experience working in agile teams and collaborative environments.
