Bodhi Cafe Bistro Albany is seeking an experienced, dependable baker to join our Albany production kitchen. We specialize in long-fermented sourdough, laminated croissants, and a wide variety of pastries and desserts served at our cafés and farmers markets.
work schedule
- Sunday: 5 a.m.–11 a.m. or noon
- Monday: 5 a.m.–11 a.m.
- Tuesday: 5 a.m.–11 a.m.
- Wednesday: 5 a.m.–11 a.m.
- Additional overnight shift: likely every other Saturday starting at midnight (details discussed during the interview)
