Funciones
- Respond quickly to new and warm leads by phone, SMS, and email.
- Explain property details and owner-financing options.
- Update all leads and follow-ups in Airtable CRM.
Requisitos
- Proven closing results.
- At least 2 years of phone sales experience with US customers.
- Strong English communication skills and bilingual English/Spanish.
- Comfortable using a CRM; Airtable, OpenPhone/Quo, or GoHighLevel is a plus.
- Real estate sales experience is a strong advantage.
Horario
- Part-time, 5–15 hours per week, maximum 20 hours.
- Must respond quickly to leads between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM ET, including some weekends.
