Provide exceptional customer service by delivering accurate product information and promptly addressing inquiries. Maintain detailed documentation of sales activities, lead progress, and client interactions. Collaborate with marketing to align promotional strategies enhancing lead generation. Build and nurture long-term client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals. Track and analyze sales metrics regularly to measure performance and identify improvement areas.
