About the role
Betty is an innovative entertainment company at the intersection of real money online casino and casual mobile gaming. As the group grows and launches operations in LATAM, Betty is seeking a Finance Manager to establish and lead the newly built company's financial strategy, operations, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting from scratch.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
- Support the management team in evaluating investments, partnerships, and business opportunities.
- Set up and manage accounting systems and reporting structures for a growing organization.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, vendors, and other financial partners.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation to streamline financial operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Advanced or fluent English.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance, ideally with exposure to startup or fast-growth business environments.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational ability and a proactive mindset.
- Experience setting up and managing financial systems and controls from scratch.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and planning.
