Financial Analyst

As the organization continues to grow, they are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team and support strategic decision-making across the business.This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organization that offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and long-term career growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, analyze, and maintain financial and management reports.Manage accounting and regulatory reporting requirements.Perform cash reconciliations and analyze cash-related transactions.Conduct variance and fluctuation analyses to support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Review and validate financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries.Assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget and financial forecasts.Perform audits of accounting records and financial data across various business units.Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or corporate finance.Active CPA license is preferred.Experience with financial reporting, auditing, and financial statement analysis.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.If you are looking to join a growing organization where you can make a meaningful impact while advancing your career, we encourage you to apply.
