Position SummaryWe are seeking a Finance Analyst to support the organization's financial operations through billing, collections, financial reporting, and analysis. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, financial data integrity, and reporting that supports business decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & Accounts ReceivableManage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring invoices are accurate and issued on time.Review billing information and supporting documentation before invoicing.Process invoice adjustments, credit notes, and other billing-related transactions as needed.Maintain accurate billing records and reconcile invoices with accounting information.Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely application of customer payments.
CollectionsFollow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment status.Maintain accounts receivable aging reports and identify overdue balances.Resolve billing inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to address discrepancies.Prepare collection status updates and support cash flow planning.
Financial Analysis & ReportingPrepare recurring financial reports and performance analyses.Analyze revenue, profitability, and financial trends to support business decisions.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Develop reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses as requested.Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
General Finance SupportAssist with month-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial documentation.Support internal and external audit requests.Collaborate with accounting and other business units to ensure financial accuracy.Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, billing, collections, or financial analysis.Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
