Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Provide timely and accurate financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. Provide primary support to the Finance and Management Services Head, through the Financial Planning and Tax Supervisor, in their role of advising the commercial team and senior leadership to make informed strategic decisions via actionable insight based on financial data and market trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide timely and accurate financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
- Support the Finance and Management Services Head and Financial Planning & Tax Supervisor in delivering actionable financial insights
- Assist commercial teams and senior leadership in making informed strategic decisions
- Analyze financial data, business performance, and market trends
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Develop reports and recommendations to improve business performance and profitability

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or corporate finance
- Familiar and experienced with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using financial systems such as SAP
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Ability to present financial insights to stakeholders and management
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Salary: 25,000 – 30,000
Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work location: Makati
