About the role
Harding+ is looking for a Jewellery Host to lead guest engagement and deliver its onboard SEVEN fine jewellery programme on cruise ships around the world. The role combines high-end retail knowledge with storytelling, events and guest experiences. As the public face of SEVEN, you will create excitement around its collections, host events, build appointments and relationships with high-potential guests, and turn engagement into fine jewellery sales.
You will live and work at sea as part of a close-knit retail team, meeting guests from across the world and setting the standard for how SEVEN is experienced onboard.
Harding+ is a leading cruise retail business working with cruise line and brand partners. Its onboard boutiques offer a selection of fine jewellery, watches, fashion, beauty, fragrance, liquor, confectionery and logo products. Harding+ was recognised as Cruise Retailer of the Year in 2022, 2023 and 2025.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of the SEVEN voyage programme and bring the brand to life onboard.
- Host seminars and presentations, from intimate in-store moments to larger theatre settings, using storytelling and showmanship to create desire and draw guests into the boutique.
- Connect each product’s design, craftsmanship, gemstones, provenance and meaning to a guest’s story, celebration or aspiration.
