Adhere to and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Document daily operations, including project progress and equipment status. Support training efforts for new operators and share best practices in drilling operations. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Mechanical aptitude with experience in heavy machinery operation. 1-3 years of experience in drilling or related fields preferred. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
