We’re looking for friendly, organized, and service-minded individuals to join our front desk team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Greet and welcome clients warmly
- Answer calls, respond to texts, and manage appointments
- Manage the schedule and ensure a smooth flow of operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Support the team and help with other tasks as needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus
- Proficient with computers, phones, and scheduling systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, responsible, and a team player
