Provide information about local attractions and hotel amenities to guests. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally to enhance satisfaction. Process transactions and maintain cash drawers accurately at the front desk. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele. Customer service experience, preferably in front desk or hospitality roles. Familiarity with reservation software or willingness to learn quickly. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory. As part of our inclusive team, you will collaborate closely with management, housekeeping, and other departments to deliver a comprehensive guest experience. Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our service goals. Position Details: Full-time, on-site in New York City. Annual salary of $45,000.
