Key Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, manage incoming phone calls, and respond to inquiries professionally and courteously. Maintain an organized and inviting reception area to ensure a positive first impression for clients and guests. Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar events, and arrange travel plans for executives efficiently. Compile reports and keep accurate records to support effective interdepartmental operations. Provide essential administrative assistance including filing, data entry, and document management to boost team productivity. Work collaboratively with various departments to enhance communication and streamline organizational processes. Assess and report on customer service and operational metrics to help improve staff performance and service quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is advantageous. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong customer service orientation with proactive problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in receptionist or administrative support roles is desirable. Our ideal candidate excels in a team environment but is also capable of working independently. This position is based onsite in Los Angeles and is not remote eligible.
