Front-End Manager

My China is a South African Family-owned business that supports 500 local suppliers situated in Benoni that requires a Front-End Manager for permanent capacity. Duties / Responsibilities - Management of the front end, balance books, cash flow and sales team - Involvement in several other business and team related tasks - Ensure stock levels are maintained to meet customers demand and product range - Monitor and manage store performance, taking actions that support job objectives and customer satisfaction - Ensure smooth operations of the cashiers and ensure that customer service standards are met - Ensure that cashiers and supervisors are following company procedures and policies - Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements - Maintaining relationships with suppliers and supporting procurement Requirements of skills and education - Matric with Certificate of both Accounting and consumer service - Minimum of 3 years practical experience as a front-end environment - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programmes would be an advantage - Excellent analytical and numerical skills together with presentation - Abilities to perform tasks including taking and balancing cash - Excellent communication skills and customer service - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines within a retail environment - Ability to follow instruction and deliver results within company policy Salary: Market Related Salary with Medical insurance and Provident fund contribution.
