About the Role Dev Technosys, a leading custom software development company, is seeking a talented and adaptable Full Stack Developer to join our innovative tech team in California City, California. In this role, you will be responsible for developing robust, scalable, and high-performance web and mobile applications. From crafting intuitive front-end interfaces to managing reliable back-end systems, you’ll play a critical part in delivering seamless digital experiences that align with client needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications from front to back Build and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to create seamless interfaces Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for speed and performance Ensure application security, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility Participate in code reviews and contribute to best development practices Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in full stack development Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js) Solid experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Express.js, Python, Java, or PHP) Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and Agile development workflows Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus Preferred Skills Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines Understanding of web security and authentication protocols Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) What We Offer Competitive salary of $90,000 per year plus performance bonuses Flexible work hours and supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and skill development Work on cutting-edge projects with innovative technologies
