Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using HTML, CSS, and React to deliver seamless user experiences. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and QA to ensure project success. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to industry best practices and company standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to improve performance and scalability, reducing downtime and enhancing user satisfaction. Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka to support real-time data processing and messaging. Develop and consume GraphQL APIs to enable flexible and efficient data querying. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 6 years of professional experience in full stack development with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot framework. Hands-on experience with Python in a full stack environment. Proficiency in React.js and modern frontend development practices including HTML5 and CSS3. Experience with Kafka for building event-driven applications. Solid understanding of GraphQL API development and consumption. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders. Preferred: Experience working in financial services or related regulated industries. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
