We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Engineer with 5–8 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and modern cloud technologies on Microsoft Azure. Experience in AI development and AI tool adoption is highly preferred.This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can build robust front-end and back-end solutions, optimize application performance, and contribute to the design of scalable enterprise applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React and Microsoft technologies.Build dynamic, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using React.Develop secure and scalable backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.Optimize application architecture for scalability, reliability, and performance.Develop and manage applications deployed on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design efficient, scalable data solutions.Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture planning.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Evaluate, adopt, and implement AI-powered development tools and contribute to AI-enabled application development where applicable.Required Skills & Qualifications5–8 years of experience in full-stack web application development.Strong proficiency in React, including:Component lifecycleReact HooksState management using Redux or Context APIPerformance optimization and reusable component designHands-on experience with:C#ASP.NET MVCASP.NET Web APIEntity FrameworkStrong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).Experience using Git for version control.Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Experience designing highly scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience in AI application development.Experience adopting AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI productivity tools).Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices architecture is a plu
