About the role:This is a hands-on engineering position embedded in our product development cell. You'll be responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining backend services and APIs that integrate AI/ML components into production-grade, scalable architectures. You'll work closely with our Data & ML Engineer and Product team to bridge intelligent models and real business outcomes.
Core responsibilities:Develop and maintain backend services using .NET 8, Python, or equivalent frameworksDesign and implement REST APIs for consuming ML models and AI servicesIntegrate foundational models, cognitive services, and agentic frameworks into production systemsEnforce security standards: authentication, authorization, and access controlManage CI/CD pipelines, code versioning, and deployment practicesImplement monitoring, logging, and observability for production servicesCollaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners and technical leads on feature definition
Technical requirements:.NET 8 · Python · Angular / TypeScript · React Native · SQL Server · MySQL · MongoDB · Redis · Ollama · AWS · Azure · Agent Frameworks · REST/WCF · Dapper / EF Core · HTML5 / CSS · Unit Testing
What we're looking for:✅ 3 years of software development experience✅ 1+ year integrating AI/ML components in production environments✅ Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (in progress accepted)✅ Strong ownership, documentation discipline, and collaborative mindset
