This Freelance Full Stack Software Engineer role collaborates with the technology team at Cosecha Partners. It supports regenerative organic practices within a network of more than 9,000 smallholder farmers across Central America. The role contributes to scalable digital solutions, software modules, and initiatives using data and Artificial Intelligence to accelerate adoption of regenerative agroforestry systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop software modules and end-to-end features.
• Build backend services and REST APIs.
• Develop Android applications using Kotlin and Angular web applications.
• Optimize SQL databases.
• Participate in technical discussions when required.
• Deliver high-quality software within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with the internal engineering team.

Requirements

Desirable experience includes:

• WebRTC, Docker, CI/CD, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Firebase or Firestore.
• Developing or integrating Artificial Intelligence solutions, AI APIs, or Machine Learning services.
• Working in Agile environments.
