Key Responsibilities Manage and respond promptly to incoming communications, ensuring all correspondence is handled efficiently and professionally. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate clear, precise, and timely communication that supports project goals. Assist in preparing detailed reports, presentations, and internal newsletters that keep teams informed and engaged. Organize virtual meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documenting action items to ensure follow-up and accountability. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in communication platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
