Ensure restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies at all times. Make beds and change linens in guest rooms and service areas promptly and efficiently. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning to the appropriate department. Maintain adequate cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low. Adhere strictly to cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. Provide excellent customer service by being approachable and assisting guests with their needs professionally. Required and Preferred Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. Experience: Previous housekeeping or similar experience preferred but not mandatory.
