Ane's Paviment is seeking a dedicated Garden Design and Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. This contract role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with clients and enhance their outdoor living spaces. You will be instrumental in designing and maintaining both residential and commercial gardens, ensuring they are visually appealing and functional while promoting sustainable landscaping practices. Key Responsibilities Design and plan customized garden layouts tailored to client preferences and local environmental conditions. Oversee installation of garden features including planting, landscaping, and hardscaping elements such as pavements. Conduct regular garden maintenance tasks including watering, pruning, and pest control to maintain optimal garden health. Manage project timelines efficiently while providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries. Coordinate with contractors and specialists to ensure seamless project execution and communication. Implement environmentally sustainable landscaping and maintenance practices. Maintain detailed records of completed work and monitor client satisfaction and garden growth metrics. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong skills in garden design, landscaping, and project management. Proficiency in plumbing, pavement installation, and painting techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Effective time management and ability to meet tight deadlines. Previous experience in garden design or maintenance is preferred.
