Terence Koto is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team in Thohoyandou, Limpopo, South Africa. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and promote suitable products and services. Maintain and expand the customer database through proactive outreach and follow-ups. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly resolving inquiries and addressing concerns. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement successful sales strategies. Provide management with feedback on customer preferences and product performance to improve offerings. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients highlighting product benefits. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in Sales or Marketing is advantageous. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, ideally 1-2 years. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers. Strong time management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.
