Key Responsibilities Engage customers warmly and assist in selecting garments that fit their needs and preferences. Apply effective sales techniques to meet daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor to improve the shopping experience. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and ensure a smooth customer experience. Track sales performance metrics and report to management for continuous improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Education: Vocational Training in Retail. Skills: Proficiency in sales techniques, customer service, product knowledge, time management, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. Experience: Prior retail sales experience preferred but not mandatory. Work in a supportive, collaborative environment reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
