Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries promptly, providing expert product information to enhance client engagement and trust. Assist in the sales process by capturing and qualifying leads, following up with potential clients, and successfully closing deals to meet sales targets. Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics and inventory to ensure timely delivery of products and services, maintaining high customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity. Participate actively in team meetings to share insights, sales strategies, and market feedback that drive continuous improvement. Monitor and analyze current market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales approaches. Collaborate with colleagues to support overall business objectives and consistently exceed performance metrics. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the gem, jewelry, or retail sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain robust client relationships. Excellent time management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to adapt quickly to varying customer needs and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Technical proficiency with sales software and CRM systems.
