Graduate Trainees

Responsibility: - Monitor delivery performance through their assigned trips to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. - Assist in tracking truck movements using GPS and fleet management systems. - Support the resolution of delivery delays, route deviations, and operational improvements. - Liaise with delivery officers to obtain real-time updates on delivery progress. - Monitor progress times and identify opportunities for process improvement. - Support the preparation of daily fleet status reports and operational dashboards. - Record trip data accurately for performance analysis and decision-making. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or HND with a minimum in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or Business Administration. - 0-2 years post-graduation experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in MS Excel. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt. - Ability to work in an on-the-following locations: Aba, Enugu, Ota, Port Harcourt, Benin City & Ikeja. - NYSC completion certificate (or exemption) is required.
