Motion Graphics Designer

We're on the hunt for a skilled Motion Graphics Designer who can double as a capable Graphic Designer — someone equally comfortable animating a scene and designing a flat, polished visual. If you can move between motion and stills without missing a beat, we want to hear from you.

This role isn't for beginners. We're looking for someone with a proven body of work, a solid grasp of brand identity, and the ability to turn a brief into finished, high-quality output without needing constant guidance.

Responsibilities:
• Animate motion graphics for social content, ads, and campaigns
• Produce static designs — social templates, banners, decks, and branded materials
• Turn briefs and rough concepts into clean, professional visuals
• Keep motion and static assets visually consistent with brand guidelines
• Juggle several projects at once and meet deadlines independently

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in both motion graphics and graphic design
• Solid skills in After Effects (or equivalent) plus Illustrator and Photoshop
• A portfolio that demonstrates versatility, not a single repeated style
• Strong instincts for typography, composition, color, and pacing
• Openness to feedback and the ability to revise fast without sacrificing quality
