Work You Will Do:Create distinctive visuals in a variety of media, including print, digital, video, web design, visual identity and style guide creationProvide ideas and input to campaign work that align to an overall strategyCreate custom imagery and layouts using Adobe CC applicationsMaintain the highest level of design and brand consistency and compliance throughout all projectsBe a proactive problem solver, communicate clearly, and have an enviable self-starting work ethicMeet deadlines, ask questions, be curiousUse established project management systems to enhance collaboration, manage assets, and maintain visibility of project workflowsStay up to date with industry developments, innovation, and trends The successful candidate should possess:Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesDemonstrate a collaborative and proactive "can-do" mentalityAbility to present ideas, provide rationale and make recommendations to leaders and their teams
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree3+ years of work experience as a Graphic DesignerOnline portfolio required - include with resumeExperience with Adobe CC image editing, page layout, and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)Proficiency in and comfort using Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on PowerPoint and WordExperience in UX/UI Applications such as Figma, XD, etc.Strong English and Spanish oral and written communication skillsAbility to travel as neededMust be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred
