LBAPS (Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services) is hiring a Provider Outreach Specialist to build relationships with doctor's offices, clinics, and community providers — no healthcare background required.You'll be the friendly voice connecting practices to our services, growing our referral network, and keeping communication running smoothly. We provide full paid training, clear scripts, and a team that has your back every step of the way.
🗂️ What You'll Be Doing
📞 Making outbound calls to doctor's offices, clinics, and provider partners 🤝 Introducing LBAPS services to build new referral relationships 🔁 Following up with existing contacts to maintain strong partnerships 📅 Scheduling meetings and coordinating provider touchpoints 📝 Keeping accurate, detailed outreach and referral records ⬆️ Escalating clinical or contractual questions to a supervisor when needed
✅ What You Bring
🎙️ A warm, clear, professional phone voice 🎓 High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) 💻 Comfort learning new computer systems and CRM tools 🔍 Reliability and sharp attention to detail 🌎 Bilingual or prior CRM/healthcare admin experience? Big plus!
