About the role
As a Specialist Lead on the Deloitte Greenhouse Operations team, you will support the Greenhouse Strategic Operations Lead and help enable the effective operation and continued evolution of the Greenhouse.
The role supports the Greenhouse’s day-to-day operating rhythm and leads strategic operations projects and cross-functional initiatives. A key focus is supporting the integration of operational processes, systems, data, and ways of working from legacy programs into the consolidated, reimagined Greenhouse.
The Deloitte Greenhouse offers experiences designed to help client executives and their teams push to a new possible. It designs and delivers labs, events, and experiences, and researches and publishes role-based insights for advancing executive careers, team effectiveness, and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Support the Strategic Operations Lead with day-to-day operational activities, priorities, and follow-up.
- Help manage the Greenhouse operating rhythm, including recurring meetings, agendas, action items, decision logs, status updates, and leadership communications.
- Prepare analyses, briefings, reports, and other materials to support operational decision-making.
- Synthesize information from multiple teams and workstreams to identify trends, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
- Maintain visibility into key operational priorities, risks, milestones, and decisions.
- Coordinate across stakeholders to drive timely resolution of issues and completion of commitments.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Serve as a connector across Greenhouse teams and help ensure alignment on priorities, processes, and expectations.
- Lead strategic operations projects and assigned workstreams from planning.
