Guest Experience Concierge

What you’ll do:
• Own the entire front-of-house guest experience
• Answer phones & communicate with guest via call/text.
• Process payments, rebook guest reservations
• Recommend & sell professional retail products
• Manage retail inventory & and salon supplies
• Keep the front desk, retail area, & guest spaces polished and inviting
