Coordinate seamlessly with front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to fulfill guest requests and anticipate needs. Implement innovative strategies to enhance the guest experience, contributing to improved satisfaction scores and positive online reviews. Develop and nurture strong relationships with returning guests to foster loyalty and brand advocacy. Collect and analyze guest feedback systematically, providing actionable insights to management for continuous service improvement. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in hospitality management software and tools. Preferred: Previous experience in guest relations or a related hospitality role. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage guest satisfaction metrics. Fluency in English and familiarity with local cultural nuances in Gujarat.
