Minimum Qualifications:
✔️ 5+ years of experience as an HDD Foreman
✔️ Valid Driver’s License
✔️ Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
✔️ Ability to pass a background check
✔️ Strong leadership, safety, and production management skills
✔️ Experience directing HDD crews and ensuring quality work in the field
