Head of Conservation and Science

The Head of Conservation and Science will lead the museum's conservation and scientific research program, oversee care, treatment, research, and examination of the collection, and manage the conservation team. Responsibilities include developing policies, planning workflows, collaborating with curatorial departments, managing budgets, supervising staff, overseeing conservation treatments, and engaging in public and scholarly dissemination. Qualifications include a master's degree, 10-15 years of experience, management skills, and international network. Salary range: $200,000 - $225,000 annually.
