SupraBrokers is an insurance and investment intermediary broker in Latin America supporting agents, brokers, and financial advisers. With over 30 years of experience, SupraBrokers operates an expansive regional network of agents, brokers, and financial advisers.

The Head of Information Technology Operations is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of Supra Group through a Shared Services Center.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Supra Group through a Shared Services Center.
• Guide teams in resolving incidents and ensuring high-quality user support.
• Manage cross-functional teams through coaching, performance management, and change leadership.
• Plan and manage IT budgets, contracts, and relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Oversee complex technology environments and manage multiple initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in IT Operations and IT Management.
• Solid background in Information Technology and IT Service Management, including experience with service frameworks and performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience in Technical Support.
• Leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience planning and managing IT budgets, contracts, and vendor and service-provider relationships.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data protection, and compliance standards relevant to financial and insurance services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience working in insurance companies or brokers is required.
• Business proficiency in English.
