QualificationsStrong expertise in IT Operations and IT Management, with a proven ability to oversee complex technology environments.Solid background in Information Technology and IT Service Management, including experience with service frameworks and performance metrics.Hands-on experience in Technical Support, with the capacity to guide teams in resolving incidents and ensuring high-quality user support.Leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams, including coaching, performance management, and change leadership.Experience planning and managing IT budgets, contracts, and relationships with technology vendors and service providers.Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data protection, and compliance standards relevant to financial and insurance services.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.Excellent communication skills in with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.10 years experience working in insurance companies or brokers is required.Business proficiency of English language
