Head of Project Management

Metric Bio are partnered with an extremely exciting, fast growing, CDMO, seeking a Head of Project Management
The role is based on-site in Southern California, overseeing a portfolio of strategic clinical-stage customer programs while leading a small, high-performing project management team.
The role combines operational leadership, customer engagement, and hands-on oversight of complex CMC and GMP manufacturing projects across development through commercial readiness.
Key areas of responsibility include:• Leading site-level clinical project management activities• Driving execution across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical Operations• Managing timelines, risks, governance, and customer deliverables• Supporting strategic customer relationships and escalations• Developing project management capabilities, KPIs, and best practices across the organization
