Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production activities ensuring strict adherence to organizational standards and pharmaceutical regulations. Lead and mentor a diverse team, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and problem-solving. Develop and implement detailed production plans to meet output targets while maintaining superior product quality and safety. Coordinate closely with quality assurance teams to swiftly resolve production issues and non-conformities, minimizing downtime. Manage resource allocation including labor, materials, and equipment to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D and supply chain to support new product launches and process enhancements. What We're Looking For Required: MPharm degree from an accredited institution. Minimum 7-10 years of production experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership skills with proven team management and development success. Expertise in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance specific to pharmaceutical manufacturing. Excellent problem-solving abilities to efficiently address operational challenges. Proficiency in industry-standard production management software and tools. Preferred: Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and FDA regulations.
