QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Nursing, Business Administration or related field.
- With or without experience in healthcare recruitment; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to interview and assess candidates.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and recruitment tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
