Join Company as a Help Desk Technician – Tier 1 in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia. This full-time role is your opportunity to be the first line of defense for IT support, assisting users with common technical issues and escalating complex problems to Tier 2 and Tier 3 technicians. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally. Create and manage support tickets for Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams. Resolve first-call issues such as password resets, drive and printer mapping. Educate users on self-help resources and documentation. Maintain excellent customer service and office etiquette at all times. Continuously improve knowledge through training and resourcefulness. What We Offer: Competitive monthly salary of COP 3,800,000.
